AI Engineer (GenAI/RAG)

The project is within the banking industry, focusing on the Credit and Lending domain. It involves the rollout of a new platform called DCP, which will serve as the central foundation for future AI-driven initiatives. The program aims to modernise existing architecture by replacing legacy systems with a scalable, cloud-native environment to automate credit and lending decision-making processes. The team also works on new credit applications integrated into a broader ecosystem of services and platforms.

• Strong cloud development experience with GCP and/or Azure
• Experience building AI-enabled applications and working with Generative AI technologies
• Knowledge of RAG architectures and agent-based AI frameworks
• Strong API development and integration skills
• Experience with system architecture design and test case development
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding practices using AI tools to accelerate development

Nice to have:

• Expertise in AI development methodologies
• Experience in cloud engineering environments
• Ability to integrate complex systems effectively

• Develop Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks
• Develop agentic AI using frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework or Google ADK
• Perform prompt engineering and AI-assisted development practices
• Develop APIs and integrate systems
• Perform full-stack development
• Support continuous data pipelines and AI workflows through data engineering
• Develop Power Apps relevant to business workflows
