Subject Matter Expert – Citrix

• Minimum 8 years of experience designing, implementing, and developing Citrix-based VDI environments
• Very good knowledge of Citrix Virtual Desktops and Apps
• Experience with Citrix DaaS / Flex
• Practical knowledge of persistent and non-persistent environments
• Experience designing enterprise VDI architecture
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure in VDI environments
• Experience integrating with AD / Entra ID
• Knowledge of networking, security, and compliance
• Experience managing images and update strategies in VDI environments
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (advanced)

• Serve as an expert for VDI environments in cloud and on-premises models
• Responsible for the Citrix platform in architectural governance and operational model
• Define and approve operational procedures and standards in the VDI domain
• Oversee stability, performance, and security of the environment
• Evaluate and review changes impacting platform operation
• Coordinate transformation and development initiatives related to VDI
• Collaborate with security, network, compliance, and architecture teams
