Senior Golang Software Engineer

• Proficient in Go with 5+ years of hands-on experience
• Skilled in working with Apache Pulsar
• Confident designing and implementing ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load)
• Experienced in designing and implementing automated tests
• Hands-on with Kubernetes and building scalable, cloud-native solutions
• Strong in system architecture and system design
• Communicative in English in a business environment (upper-intermediate or higher)
• Familiar with observability and monitoring practices (a plus)
• Seasoned with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana) and Grafana (a strong advantage)
• Practiced with PagerDuty or similar incident management tools (nice to have)

• Design and develop a data collection component that efficiently extracts, transforms, and loads data
• Ensure seamless integration and reliable data flow across multiple systems and APIs
• Build solutions that scale under high load and run effectively in a Kubernetes environment
• Implement and maintain automated tests to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance
• Collaborate closely with domain experts and internal development teams to align on requirements and validate solutions
• Create clear, structured documentation describing the design, functionality, and usage of the developed component
