Senior General QA Engineer

• 3+ years of experience in QA, including both manual and automation testing.
• Ability to independently own QA processes for a feature or product area.
• Experience in planning and executing test coverage for complex functionality.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and TestNG.
• Experience with API testing, including tools like Rest Assured or Retrofit.
• Familiarity with AI tools and working with AI agents in daily workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in distributed teams across different time zones.
• B2+ English level.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language.

• Design and implement automated test cases to improve test coverage and efficiency.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and manage the bug lifecycle.
• Perform manual testing of new features and create high-quality test cases for automation.
• Support release processes and ensure product stability in production.
• Take ownership of QA activities for specific features or solutions.
• Analyze product requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with the development team on new and existing functionality.
