At INGENIOUS.BUILD, we have developed a top-notch platform for companies in the real estate and construction industries worldwide. Our platform enables companies to easily manage all aspects of their projects from start to finish, both internally and with other project participants.

Joining INGENIOUS.BUILD means embarking on an incredible journey to create the first cloud application for managing the entire lifecycle of a real estate construction project. You'll be building what some consider the holy grail of construction project management.

• Communicative English at a B2 level or higher.
• Extensive experience building scalable applications, ideally with large-scale systems like CRM, CMS, or ERP; direct SaaS experience is a strong plus.
• Advanced proficiency in PHP 8.1+ and modern frameworks like Laravel or Symfony, with experience in modular monolith and layered architecture.
• Strong focus on framework-agnostic development, prioritizing clean, maintainable code that maximizes business value and minimizes dependencies.
• Thorough knowledge of automated testing frameworks (e.g., PHPUnit) and robust testing strategies.
• Experience managing a team of developers and being responsible for delivering multiple complex projects.

• Lead and guide one engineering team to plan, build, and deliver high-quality software while optimizing code, managing resources, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews, contributing to team and company growth.
• Be committed to continually improving our codebase, reducing legacy code, adding tests, and keeping things up-to-date.
• Collaborate in a space that avoids unnecessary bureaucracy, so every team member influences the product.
• Work with a DevOps team responsible for infrastructure, with pipelines set up for PHPStan, PHPCS, unit, integration, and end-to-end tests supporting automatic deployments.
• Structure business logic in clear PHP classes, separate from the framework, to avoid complex, 'magical' solutions that complicate understanding and testing.
• Maintain a fairly big modular monolith with interactions based on facades, adapters, or events, incorporating DDD in intricate modules to keep domain logic well-structured and business-aligned.
