QA Test Engineer (automation) - Consumer Finance

• General testing knowledge (e.g. level of ISTQB Foundation)
• Ability to drive and support QA activities across the delivery team
• Willingness to constantly improve competences in test automation
• Good communication skills to drive automation focus among other team members
• 7+ years of hands-on test automation experience in GUI based (Web) and service-based level (REST)
• Coding skills in Java
• Knowledge and experience in test automation solutions (Maven, Playwright, Selenium WebDriver, Rest-Assured, Postman, Chrome devtools)
• Fluent in using GIT
• Experience with Playwright, Java Selenium, Cypress
• Experience in Non-Functional Testing especially Performance Testing using JMeter
• Experience in test management tools (preferably qTest)
• Experience working with Confluence, Jira
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo)
• Experience in mobile apps testing (additional asset)
• Skills with data manipulation using XML, CSV, JSON (additional asset)
• Experience in implementing behavior driven development approach and familiarity with Gherkin

Nice to have:

• Hands on manual testing experience
• Good presentation and communication skills

• Implement Automated test cases in coordination with developers, manual testers, product owners and business expert
• Reduce Manual Testing needs by automating Front End and Backend flows
• Perform Performance Testing as per standards, using JMeter
• Gather and manage test data needed for testing
• Monitor, debug and document test results
• Proactively drive improvements to automated test coverage

• Flexible working model required - at least 3 days per week from the office
• Preferred location Warsaw; Tricity (Gdańsk, Gdynia) only if candidates in Warsaw are not found
