AI Developer (Tools developer)

Our client is a company that is one of the prominent providers of unique online slot games based in Spain. With a team of more than 30 developers, designers, and marketers, they are dedicated to creating innovative and captivating slot games.

• 3+ years of experience in developing internal tools/automation.
• Python 3.10+, FastAPI, async/await, typing.
• SQL/PostgreSQL (schemas, indexes, window functions, materialized views).
• Russian/Ukrainian language.
• SaaS API integrations (Atlassian preferred), webhooks, error handling.
• Docker (multi-stage builds, docker-compose), basic logging and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with AI assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) and a culture of code verification.

• Build integrations with Jira, Confluence, Slack.
• Create dashboards (onboarding, lead time/throughput, workload, overdue tasks, AI automation impact) in Metabase/Superset or lightweight React panels.
• Develop small backend services: FastAPI endpoints, schedulers, alerts; handle rate limits, retries, and idempotency.
• Prepare datasets for RAG/vector search, collect telemetry on AI feature usage.
• Use AI assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) for prototyping, refactoring, and test generation — always with proper verification.
• Write short documentation (README, ADR) together with tech/UX writers.
