AI Developer Lead

Reckitt’s enterprise AI assistant securely integrates with M365, ServiceNow, and internal knowledge bases to assist employees with daily tasks, including information retrieval, content drafting, document analysis, and workflow orchestration within corporate data boundaries.

• Lead the design and delivery of .NET 8/C# 12+ applications on Azure using SaaS, PaaS, and serverless services.
• Lead a team of three developers and set technical direction.
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Utilize AI coding agents for spec-driven development, including GitHub Copilot and OpenCode with Anthropic models.
• Stay current with emerging patterns and best practices for agentic AI solutions.
• Perform regular production-quality coding in the described tech stack.
