Consultant (Ivalua, Ariba)

The Global Delivery Center (GDC) Package Based Services (PBS) department includes over 300 SAP specialists delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies, across diverse industries to support business transformation goals.

• At least 3 years of experience supporting cloud-based procurement solutions such as Ivalua (preferred), Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of procurement processes
• Proficiency in English or German, combined with excellent communication skills
• Willingness to grow and expand expertise in new solutions supporting logistics processes
• Practical experience in logistics, particularly in purchasing, will be considered a plus

• Analyzing business requirements from an IT perspective and preparing project studies
• Modeling and configuring the Ivalua platform based on customer needs, including building standard and custom interfaces
• Providing expert consulting on the Ivalua eProcurement Cloud Solution
• Preparing key project documentation such as solution designs, process descriptions, and technical specifications for developers
• Maintaining regular communication and close collaboration with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
