ML Engineer

We are looking for experienced team players to fill the position of ML Engineer and participate in our up-and-coming project for our client from pharmaceutical industry.

• Excellent Python programming skills

Nice to have:

• TypeScript/Node/JavaScript
• Experiment tracking platforms such as Weights & Biases, MLFlow
• Processing platforms, such as Kubeflow
• Computer Vision problems experience, e.g. OpenCV
• Cloud computing infrastructure, in particular AWS
• Working in a regulated environment, developing code under pre-set regulatory rules

• Experience in building and applying ML (not hosted LLM) systems with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX
• Experience in building training data processing pipelines for image data
• Experience in MLOps lifecycles (model training, model validation, model deployment, quality monitoring)
• Software engineering best practices, including writing high performant, modern, bug free code, proper documentation of code, unit-testing, and code quality
• PyTorch (required good working knowledge)
