Softinet is a company with over 18 years of experience focusing on competencies and continuous knowledge expansion. The company specializes in IT/OT security, IT/OT infrastructure, and IT services. The SOC team monitors systems and responds to security incidents.

• Knowledge of tools and products such as SIEM, SOAR, FW, WAF, DLP, AV, vulnerability scanners, proxy
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Practical knowledge of TCP/IP and basic network protocols (DNS, HTTP, SMTP, etc.)
• Knowledge in cybersecurity, networks, operating systems, databases, or applications
• Experience working in NOC or SOC monitoring teams
• Willingness to work in a shift system/on-call 24/7 with a schedule set in advance
• Independence and good work organization
• Ability to read, write, and understand technical documentation in English at B1/B2 level

Nice to have:

• Cybersecurity certifications
• Experience in IT systems administration

• Monitor security breach events in real time
• Analyze detected security events
• Categorize security incidents and assign priorities
• Handle security incidents
• Collect key information and document it for further analysis
• Collaborate with clients' technical staff
• Work on IT and/or OT security service systems
• Cooperate with CERT/CSIRT teams domestically and internationally

In the organization, a procedure for reporting legal violations and taking subsequent actions has been implemented in accordance with the Act of 14.06.2024 on the protection of whistleblowers (Journal of Laws item 928).
