Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client offers a fully customizable advertising platform for effective CTV campaigns, enabling reach to local audiences nationwide. The position is 100% remote with a start ASAP.


Wymagania

  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in programmatic advertising (ad-tech).
  • Good knowledge of DSP, programmatic advertising, and CTV measurement.
  • Experience designing and implementing models for bid optimization and campaign attribution.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL, with solid knowledge of statistics and machine learning.
  • Higher education, preferably a master's or doctoral degree in computer science, statistics, economics, or natural sciences.
  • Experience with GCP, Vertex AI, Feature Stores, or experiment tracking tools is a plus.
  • Experience with LLM and agentic AI and AI model evaluation is desirable.
  • Experience working with DSP platforms such as RTB House, The Trade Desk, Criteo, Adform, MediaMath, Google DV360, Amazon DSP, Quantcast.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Creative and research-oriented approach focusing on quality and solid scientific solutions.

Obowiązki

  • Creating and deploying ML models to optimize programmatic campaigns, including bidding strategies, budget allocation, and pacing, especially for CTV.
  • Designing model orchestration layers to work efficiently with various business KPIs.
  • Planning data and model strategies for audience segmentation and targeting using first-party and third-party data.
  • Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams to integrate models and data pipelines into production systems, ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Analyzing campaign results and market trends and translating insights into product recommendations.
  • Acting as a data science expert in ad-tech, sharing knowledge and results with the team and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring junior Data Scientists and fostering a team culture based on experimentation, statistics, and creative problem-solving.
