Agile Delivery Lead

Devire Outsourcing IT is a cooperation model dedicated to IT specialists based on B2B contracts, delivering projects for clients engaged in innovative and modern projects. The client is an international consulting and technology company specializing in digital transformation, software engineering, cloud, and data.

• Experience using flow metrics and forecasting techniques to improve predictability and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Practical experience implementing Kanban and Scrum in software delivery environments, including working with WIP policies, clearly defined workflow statuses, and empirical inspection and adaptation.
• Good knowledge of Jira; knowledge of Actionable Agile and Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in coaching and stakeholder management; ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work with data, including percentiles, trend analysis, and probability-based forecasting.
• English language proficiency at C1 level.

• Deliver predictable, transparent, and value-focused results through cross-functional engineering teams by implementing flow principles and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to align priorities, manage dependencies, and remove systemic blockers.
• Implement and optimize agile methods (Kanban, Scrum) using flow metrics for forecasting, improving predictability, and continuously enhancing delivery efficiency and team health.
