Junior Program Manager

• Experience in project/program coordination, program management, PMO, operations, or similar roles in a technology environment.
• University degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Experience working in a globally distributed environment.
• Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with Jira and motivation to further develop skills in this area.
• Self-starter mindset: proactive, reliable, and comfortable operating with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English.

• Lead Siemens programs and projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring outcomes align with organizational goals.
• Own program operational routines including status, action tracking, and stakeholder communication as an individual contributor.
• Operate effectively within an Agile-oriented organization, enabling delivery through lightweight governance, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain project routines such as meeting cadence, status reporting, and decision/action logs to ensure stakeholder visibility of progress and blockers.
• Own risk management for assigned initiatives by identifying and assessing risks, defining mitigation plans, tracking execution, and escalating when required.
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders including Engineering, Product, Operations, and other internal partners to ensure shared understanding of priorities and timely decision-making.
• Serve as a Jira power user, working closely with the Jira Administrator in the US, supporting teams with day-to-day Jira administration tasks, maintaining consistency in Jira usage, user support, and troubleshooting.
• Support collaboration and knowledge sharing via Confluence, including maintaining project spaces/pages, templates, and ensuring documentation is current and easy to find.
