Citrix Expert (70% workload hybrid/remote)

• Minimum 8 years hands-on experience designing, implementing, and evolving Citrix-based VDI environments.
• Proven experience with Citrix solutions in enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience in VDI transformation or migration initiatives.

• Experience with Citrix DaaS / Flex.
• Knowledge of Azure Landing Zone principles.
• Familiarity with SOC / SIEM integration.

• Act as the domain expert for the entire cloud and on-premises Citrix VDI landscape.
• Hold operative ownership of the Citrix platform regarding architecture governance and operating model.
• Define and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the VDI domain.
• Oversee operational quality related to platform management.
• Make decisions regarding changes impacting stability, security, and performance.
• Coordinate VDI-related initiatives and transformations.
• Collaborate with bank units including security, network, compliance, and architecture.
• Work with vendors on roadmap and technical alignment.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

Citrix DaaS, Citrix on-premises, VDI:

• Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Desktops and Apps.
• Experience with Citrix DaaS / Flex and both persistent and non-persistent solutions.
• Design of image management model including golden image lifecycle, base images, versioning, patching strategy.
• Enterprise-level VDI architecture design.
• Understanding of control plane and resource location dependencies.
• Capacity planning and performance analysis.

Microsoft Azure:

• Designing Azure environments for VDI workloads.
• Azure networking architecture including segmentation, routing, hybrid integration.
• Integration with Active Directory / Entra ID.
• High availability and disaster recovery design.
• Cloud cost optimization.
• Experience with Azure Landing Zone principles.

Network and Security:

• Network segmentation design for VDI environments.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles.
• Integration with SOC / SIEM solutions.
• Regulatory and compliance awareness.

Image and Endpoint management:

• Understanding of image lifecycle management in VDI.
• Integration with tools like SCCM and Intune.
• Patch and update strategy design.

Preferred location: Warszawa, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Łódź. Other Polish locations can be considered for great candidates. Part-time allocation of 70%, expected work Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 16:00 CET.
