Get IT Together specializes in providing highly qualified IT experts in project management, architecture, business and system analysis, and software development. The role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of AI and machine learning-based systems for a client.

• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering or data engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a solutions architect or technical leader in AI/ML teams
• Experience in implementing and deploying machine learning or LLM-based systems to production environments
• Good knowledge of popular ML frameworks and tools such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Weights & Biases, or Neptune
• Practical experience in MLOps, including working with MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or SageMaker
• Familiarity with modern AI architectural patterns, especially RAG, agentic AI, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with containerization technologies and CI/CD processes, including Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to design APIs and build scalable distributed systems
• Knowledge of security aspects of LLM-based systems, including prompt injection, jailbreaking, and red teaming
• Experience with fine-tuning or pre-training language models
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector

• Designing comprehensive AI/ML solution architecture, including data flows, models, and integration layers
• Creating and developing standards and best practices for building, deploying, and maintaining AI models
• Collaborating closely with product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable technological solutions
• Analyzing, recommending, and selecting appropriate tools, frameworks, and cloud services in AWS, Azure, and GCP environments
• Ensuring high quality of solutions regarding code, data security, and compliance with regulations including GDPR and AI Act
• Conducting architectural reviews and documenting key technical decisions as Architecture Decision Records (ADR)
• Supporting the development of engineering and Data Science teams through mentoring and knowledge sharing
