Lead Software Engineer – C#

Link Group is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to shape the future of their technology platforms, combining hands-on development with technical leadership to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performing systems used across the business.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience (experience in financial area is a plus).
• 2+ years leading teams or complex technology projects.
• Strong command of C# and object-oriented programming principles.
• Experience with cloud-based architectures and large-scale data platforms.
• Solid understanding of software delivery, architecture, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Lead the full software lifecycle — from architecture and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and global technology teams to deliver impactful business solutions.
• Set coding and DevOps standards, ensuring best practices across the engineering team.
• Design and build cloud-native applications and integrate enterprise messaging systems.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to other engineers.
• Oversee documentation and ensure technical clarity throughout projects.
