Team Lead Engineering Commercial Pharma International Targeting, Recommendation, Optimization and Measurement

The role focuses on leading engineering teams working on products for commercial pharma international targeting, recommendation, optimization, and measurement, partnering with Pharma Commercial business product owners across Roche International affiliates.

• 5+ years of experience in people leadership or product/service management with proven track record of building high-performing teams.
• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
• Bachelor or advanced degree focused on Business or Information Technology.
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies, solution architecture, and information process design.
• Lean and agile mindset with ability to create clarity regarding team outcomes and navigate complex ambiguity.
• Embody VACC (Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, Coach) behaviors.
• Enterprise mindset with ability to break down silos through collaboration and focus on IT market trends.
• Working knowledge of AWS suite, Databricks, dbt, Kafka, Snowflake, AI/ML stack (Python, MLflow, Kubeflow).

• Lead and build engineering teams with credibility using AWS suite, Databricks, dbt, Kafka, Snowflake, AI/ML stack (Python, MLflow, Kubeflow).
• Focus on capabilities development of team members aligned with the function’s vision.

• Select, design, and integrate technologies to deliver scalable, resilient digital solutions.
