Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in accounting, reporting, or finance roles, including proven experience in managing and developing teams.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics ideally supported by relevant certifications.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience with SAP and complex financial models (Excel-based).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial results and communicate them effectively to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborative approach with ability to work across an organization to resolve issues.

Nice to have:

• Prior experience in FMCG/CPG.
• Exposure to dynamic BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Training in Accounting standards (e.g., GAAP).

• Leading and developing the FP&A team, including setting priorities, managing workloads, coaching analysts, and building analytical capabilities.
• Overseeing monthly reporting cycles and forecasting submissions (P&L, Cash Flow, Capex), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to corporate standards.
• Reviewing and approving monthly performance overviews with clear, insightful commentary and high-quality variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Driving strategic financial planning, including annual budget cycles, long-term financial plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Providing high-impact financial insights, scenario modelling, business cases and decision-support for executive stakeholders.
• Strengthening analytical frameworks, processes, and tools, with a focus on automation, standardization and reporting efficiency.
• Acting as a key advisor to senior management, translating financial results into actionable recommendations.
