Wymagania

  • Minimum 8+ years experience in Network Engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or managerial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Certifications: CCNP (Preferred), CCIE (Preferred).
  • Good knowledge on Switching and Routing especially on BGP, OSPF, VPC, and MLAG within Cisco and Arista environments.
  • Proven experience managing Cisco ASA, Fortigate, and Checkpoint; deep knowledge of Cisco ISE.
  • Expert-level packet capture analysis and performance tuning for WAN accelerators.
  • Practical knowledge of Network-as-Code (Ansible/Python) to streamline repetitive tasks.
  • Fluent English with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical executives.
  • A 'see-it-through' mindset for complex customer issues and long-term projects.

Obowiązki

  • Stakeholder & Business Alignment: Ensure continuous alignment between network operations and business priorities, translate business needs into actionable technical strategies.
  • Escalation Management: Serve as the final point of contact for critical (P1/P2) network outages, lead Major Incidents and Potential Major Incidents, ensure rapid service restoration, coordinate with global network teams and vendors, engage technical experts, and manage Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee 24/7 support operations including rotational schedules and on-call structures, ensure operational readiness, process adherence, and performance across all support teams, monitor SLA compliance, and implement continuous improvements to operational efficiency.
