Senior Web Designer

CD PROJEKT RED is a studio focused on maintaining brand consistency and shaping its visual identity on the web, targeting a global community.

• 5+ years of experience in web or graphic design with a strong focus on web.
• Advanced Figma skills including components, libraries, and design tokens.
• Expertise in responsive design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working understanding of HTML/CSS, browser behavior, and developer collaboration.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and localization challenges including multi-language support and RTL layouts.
• Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

• Design and deliver responsive web layouts, landing pages, and campaign experiences aligned with brand standards and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, Marketing, Copy, Development) to ensure visual storytelling and functionality meet project objectives.
• Prepare and optimize multi-density assets (1x, 2x, 3x) and export pipelines (WebP, SVG, PNG) for implementation.
• Partner with developers to ensure design fidelity and provide clear handoff specifications.
• Maintain accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and localization readiness (text expansion, RTL).
• Participate in creative reviews and critiques, giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Support junior designers by reviewing files, mentoring on responsive design, and ensuring consistent application of design systems.
• Manage multiple web projects simultaneously, prioritize deadlines, and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Document design systems, visual rules, and rationale for future use and scalability.
• Communicate project status and blockers through Jira and regular cross-team syncs.
