Wymagania

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter within the software engineering sector.
  • Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Lever) and recruitment software.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (Skyliner building).
  • Business level proficiency in English (B2 or above CEFR).

Obowiązki

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
  • Proactively source and identify candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future engineering roles.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to engineering stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and outcomes.
  • Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies to supplement sourcing efforts.
  • Ensure agency-referred candidates meet company standards and requirements.
