Wymagania
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter within the software engineering sector.
- Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Lever) and recruitment software.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw (Skyliner building).
- Business level proficiency in English (B2 or above CEFR).
Obowiązki
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top engineering talent.
- Proactively source and identify candidates using job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Maintain and develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future engineering roles.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and business partner to engineering stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies to supplement sourcing efforts.
- Ensure agency-referred candidates meet company standards and requirements.
