Mid/Senior Full-stack Developer (Node.js) - Poland

• Very good knowledge of Node.js/Next.js (Express, Nest.js or similar)
• Strong experience in building REST APIs and service integrations
• Good understanding of TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases, data modeling, and ORMs such as Prisma or TypeORM
• Solid understanding of application architecture, performance, maintainability, and backend debugging
• Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests
• Understanding of API design principles including REST; familiarity with GraphQL is a plus
• Familiarity with server-side rendering (SSR) and modern frontend development practices is a plus
• Knowledge of functional and object-oriented programming paradigms
• Experience with authentication, authorization, error handling, and secure coding practices
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a full-stack or backend-oriented developer
• Ability to work effectively in an international and cross-functional team
• English and Polish language skills at minimum B2 level for technical discussions
• Practical experience with React and understanding of frontend concepts such as component-based architecture, state management, and API integration

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js/Next.js (Express, Nest.js or similar)
• Build REST APIs, service integrations, and backend application logic in production environments
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests; familiarity with E2E testing is a plus
• Work on selected frontend tasks using React and collaborate with frontend developers
• Create responsive layouts based on ready-made designs
• Optimize and modify existing applications
• Support client developers
• Perform code reviews
• Analyze, debug, and optimize performance
