Business Analyst

• Minimum 8 years in a similar role.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of business analysis within a Product and Customer-Centric organisation.
• Good knowledge of enterprise IT environments in the financial sector, including application hosting, data management, network infrastructure, APIs, and microservices.
• Strong analytical skills including data analysis to segment customers and capture telemetry requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and technology-driven change management.

• Engage strongly with stakeholders and build relationships.
• Define and map process flows.
• Elicit and document requirements including epic confirmation, user stories, behavior-driven development scenarios, and refinement with architecture/development teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Perform options analysis, gap analysis, data mapping, and process mapping (e.g., BPMN).
• Work within Agile methodologies and technology-driven change management.
