Cyber Security GRC Consultant

The role is for a client project in an international Agile environment, responsible for governance, risk, and compliance in application and IT process security, collaborating with product teams and a central cyber security team.

• 3+ years of experience as a Cyber Security / GRC Consultant.
• Experience in vulnerability management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders.
• Independence and consulting approach.
• Very good communication skills.

• Ensure project compliance with security and continuity policies.
• Support business decisions regarding IT security.
• Oversee onboarding of applications to security tools (e.g., SAST, SCA, penetration tests).
• Promote security by design and security by default approaches.
• Support teams in vulnerability analysis and coordinate remediation actions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Review) related to security.
• Report on application security levels and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT Risk & Cyber Security teams.
• Support IT risk analysis and mitigation planning.
• Prepare documentation for audits and internal controls.
