Senior Python Engineer, Document App

Our Engineering team consists of around 250 individuals working on a world-class product. This role is part of the Document Domain team responsible for core document creation, editing, and management functionality.

• At least 5+ years of development experience with Python
• Experience with relational databases including SQL queries, migrations, and optimization
• Solid experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, NATS, or Kafka
• Understanding of event-based systems and basics of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Strong understanding and experience in AsyncIO
• Good understanding of the development cycle from requirements analysis to deployment and application monitoring
• Extensive hands-on experience developing applications within both monolithic and microservice architectures
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written

• Contribute to the vision and architecture of the Document domain, a key component of the application
• Face and overcome multiple scale-related technical challenges
• Find and address systematic issues to maintain low time-to-change for other developers with a high change-confidence level
