Solution Architect (E-commerce&Payments)

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems for clients mainly in financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists through body leasing.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce, solution architecture, or technical consulting
• Practical experience in e-commerce platform integrations and merchant implementations
• Very good knowledge of payments ecosystem and card payments
• Experience with wallets, alternative payment methods, and payment orchestration
• Knowledge of API integrations (REST/JSON), webhooks, event-driven architectures
• Experience with microservices, headless or composable commerce
• Skills in log analysis, payment error troubleshooting, and checkout problem solving
• Experience supporting QA testing of payment scenarios
• Ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Communication skills with technical and business stakeholders
• Very good English language skills (minimum B2/C1)

• Minimum 7 years of experience in e-commerce, solution architecture, or technical consulting, including checkout and online payments
• Practical experience in integrating e-commerce platforms and implementations for merchants
• Very good knowledge of the payments ecosystem (merchant, PSP, acquirer, gateway)
• In-depth knowledge of card payments (authorization, capture, refunds, chargebacks), tokenization, and 3-D Secure
• Experience with wallets, alternative payment methods, and payment orchestration concepts
• Very good knowledge of API integrations (REST/JSON), webhooks, and event-driven architectures
• Experience working with microservices, headless or composable commerce
• Ability to analyze logs, payment errors, and checkout issues
• Experience supporting QA tests (various payment scenarios)
• Ability to create technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of card organization rules (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
• Experience in e-commerce solutions based on artificial intelligence or conversational commerce
• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and risk issues related to e-commerce payments
• Experience supporting merchants operating in international or multi-market environments
• Knowledge in analytics and optimization of the checkout process (conversion, delays, payment rejection analysis)

Work mode is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office in Warsaw, Poland.
