Wymagania
- Strong experience in project management roles, ideally within a People (HR), analytics, consulting or transformation environment.
- Demonstrable experience leading projects involving data, insight, policy, process or operating model change.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and complex delivery environments.
- Experience producing and maintaining formal project documentation (e.g. PIDs, plans, reports).
- Track record of managing delivery teams and coordinating multi-disciplinary contributors.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) desirable but not essential.
Obowiązki
- Lead end-to-end delivery of advisory projects, ensuring clear scope, timelines, quality and budget.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and proactively address risks, issues and dependencies.
- Serve as the main point of contact for senior HR stakeholders and CoEs, building strong working relationships.
- Establish and maintain project governance, communication routines and structured reporting.
- Prepare and manage core project documentation (Project Charter, PID, plans, RAID logs).
- Coordinate and guide junior PMs, process leads and analysts to enable smooth cross-functional delivery.
- Provide clear, insightful project updates to clients and internal leadership.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, delivery discipline and adherence to agreed methodologies.
- Define expected project benefits and track progress through delivery and post-implementation.
- Support lessons-learned activities and continuous improvement.
- Work collaboratively across the Advisory Hub at the direction of the Senior Manager.
