Software Architect

Comarch is seeking an experienced Software Architect to join one of its business units. The role involves auditing emerging systems, implementing best practices, and designing solutions for hundreds of thousands of users. The position requires leading teams towards modern architecture and optimizing existing systems.

• Solid hands-on experience coding in the Microsoft (.NET) ecosystem
• Experience designing complex, scalable distributed systems for hundreds of thousands of end users
• Assertiveness and communication skills to challenge current solutions and justify better approaches
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes, DevOps practices, and openness to using AI tools in the development process
• Higher technical education (Computer Science or related)

• Verify and audit systems under development for performance, security, and consistency
• Design architecture for large, distributed systems based on cloud and containerization
• Implement programming and architectural best practices within development teams
• Actively use AI tools in daily work and support teams in their adoption
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to close competency gaps and deliver valuable products
