Wymagania
- Experience with Oracle OSM in a telecom environment
- Knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes
- Hands-on experience with COM/SOM and OSM+UIM
- Knowledge of ITSM processes
- Good English skills
Nice to have:
- Experience with Oracle UIM
- Knowledge of multi-system environments
Obowiązki
- Creating OSM components and flows
- Analysis and support in functional and technical design
- Integration testing in OSS/BSS environments
- Creating test plans and scenarios based on HLD
- Working in Agile environments using JIRA/HPQC
- Supporting end-to-end (E2E) flow analysis
