The role is within a Feature Team working on a project in the marketing and sales domain focused on analyzing, predicting, and optimizing revenue growth management using modern data technologies and development workflows.


Wymagania

  • 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing or mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong experience with FastAPI, Pandas, asyncio, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, gRPC.
  • Experience or solid understanding of Frontend development (namely React.js).
  • Full application lifecycle experience and deep understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency with Docker and cloud platforms and experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
  • Advantageous: experience and/or willingness to work with GenAI tools such as Cursor IDE, GitHub Copilot (in agentic mode), and exposure to PySpark or big data processing frameworks.

  • Overseeing effort estimation, planning, and the on‑time delivery of high‑quality features.
  • Driving architectural and functional design while actively contributing to feature development.
  • Identifying and mitigating technical risks, resolving critical issues, and removing blockers to ensure smooth progress.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders and clearly communicating status, risks, and feature readiness.
  • Mentoring team members, assigning tasks effectively, and fostering continuous learning and engineering excellence.
