Portfolio Oversight Management

Purpose of the Portfolio Oversight Management (PMO):

• Support the Management with consolidating and assessing the progress of SREP EBA LOM remediation
• Provide stakeholder management, information and status updates to the stakeholders
• Provide overview and control of the progress to plan
• Be the single point of escalation to governance and steering
• Provide project management methods & tools enabling the initiatives to manage their streams in a good manner and deliver PM coaching support
• Support with professional ad-hoc reporting support
• Oversight of the funding needs and SIS process
• Overall consolidated reporting

Oversight and Reporting:

• Oversight on all EBA LOM Progress including own assessment of the “real” status
• Provides aggregated view towards JST including managing any requests for ad-hoc information requests
• Escalation point for PMO based on own judgement of RAG status, for Initiatives/Individual projects (18)

Process and procedures for weekly progress reporting:

• Achievements
• Overall status (RAG) on progress against plan
• Dependencies
• Issues & risk
• Deviations
• Decisions made

Progress reporting to stakeholders:

• EBA LOM Oversight SteerCo
• Portfolio Oversight Management SteerCo
• Reporting to: JST, GIA, GLT, SIS, etc

Benefits Investment Charter:

• SIS reporting
• Management of changes in Benefit Invest Charter
• Management of SIS TIP funding

Planning:

• Development and maintenance of a Master Plan
• Quarterly Master Planning Workshops
• Implement common planning standards and reporting
• Tracking of KPI’s on streams performance

Communication:

• Execution of communication plan
• Development of communication materials
• Review of materials and Action Plan

Location: Warsaw Hybrid: 2 days per week from the office Q&A process for this RFP will be conducted in written format only. Continuity for the team through 2026 and 2027 is expected; if resources need to be switched, 3 months of knowledge transfer should apply at no extra cost for Nordea. The new resources should have same or better CV than the one replaced.
