  • Communication skills, ability to express thoughts clearly, teamwork skills, and good work organization

Obowiązki

  • Support users in resolving technical and substantive issues
  • Professional handling of incoming inquiries via email and phone in German
  • Registering tickets in the IT Service Management system and monitoring their status
  • Ensuring quality and timeliness of ticket resolution
