Senior Product Designer - Internal Tools

• 5+ years of end-to-end product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating strong, high-quality work across complex problem spaces.
• Strong UX and visual design skills capable of delivering thoughtful and user-centered solutions.
• Proficient with prototyping tools and techniques; able to communicate ideas clearly across different audiences.
• Comfortable owning high-impact features or projects end-to-end while collaborating with peers and cross-functional partners.
• Open to feedback, quick to iterate, and genuinely curious about improving craft.
• Data-informed approach balancing user insights, business needs, and technical constraints.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Solid grounding in human-centered design principles and research methods with a track record of driving better outcomes.
• Confident presenting and defending design decisions to both design and non-design audiences.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools like Cursor, Claude, or Codex and eagerness to use them to move faster and think bigger.
• Experience designing admin tools, internal platforms, operator-facing products, or customer support experiences is a strong plus.

• Raise the bar across internal platforms and the customer-facing support portal by designing efficient, intuitive experiences.
• Shape and evolve design patterns and systems across the internal product suite to ensure consistency and quality.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and operational stakeholders to craft exceptional workflows.
• Influence decision-makers to uphold high standards of usability and experience quality in internal-facing contexts.
• Own design quality, outcomes, and measurable impact on team efficiency and satisfaction; define and track KPIs.
• Use data, usage metrics, research insights, and business context to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Conduct research and gather insights from internal users to continuously refine and improve design direction.
• Actively contribute to design reviews by seeking and offering constructive feedback to raise team-wide standards.
