Workday Technical Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Workday Technical Specialist to join our HR Technology Team at Motorola Solutions Systems Polska. The role focuses on designing and building integrations with multiple tools that need to work in sync with Workday.

• Deep expertise in developing, deploying, and debugging complex Workday Studio integrations.
• Proficiency in building and managing EIB (Inbound/Outbound), Core Connectors, and Custom Reports as a Service (RaaS).
• Expert-level skill in creating Composite Reports, calculated fields, and combining unrelated data sources.
• Proven ability to configure and optimize complex multi-step Workday business process definitions.
• Expertise in configuring security groups, domain security policies, and user-based security models.
• Experience with XML, XSLT, XPATH, and JSON for integration mapping and transformation.
• Experience or strong understanding of using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, NotebookLM) for project documentation analysis, test case generation, and process automation.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools for integration and functional validation.
• Strong ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and project scope documentation.
• Proven ability to mentor colleagues and conduct technical knowledge transfer sessions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with functional HR and Finance stakeholders.

• Build, deploy, and maintain complex Workday Studio Integrations to connect enterprise systems with external payroll, benefits providers, and service platforms.
• Design and implement new Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations for reliable and efficient data import and export.
• Configure and develop Workday business processes to streamline HR workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and reduce manual data entry.
• Create and maintain advanced Workday reports, including Composite Reports, Matrix Reports, and reports linking unrelated data objects.
• Construct and manage Workday security profiles and models to enforce business process security and data access integrity.
• Mentor, train, and collaborate with HR Tech team members to elevate technical expertise.
• Serve as a Business Analyst, working with HR clients to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop technical specifications.
• Build QA unit and system test plans and execute testing for all developed solutions.
• Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to guide HR users during UAT execution.
• Manage deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of all developed solutions within production tenants.
• Work during overlapping USA business hours to collaborate and support team members and users across NA, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
