Wymagania
- Experience in managing software deployment processes, ideally in electronic (mobile) banking or financial industry
- Understanding of digital technologies and market trends in digital banking, especially mobile
- Knowledge of software development and delivery methodologies and cycles
- Practical knowledge of Scrum methodology
- Knowledge and practical application of project management methodologies
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Independence in task execution and determination to create processes and influence business environment
- Highly developed communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to organize work and manage time effectively
- Ability to make quick decisions and manage priorities
Obowiązki
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee software deployments introducing new solutions for mobile and internet banking clients
- Manage deployment schedules ensuring compliance with deadlines and stakeholder needs
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure proper regression testing and evaluation of test results before deployment
- Monitor and report progress in deployment processes, identify risks effectively, and manage risk
- Implement procedures and practices ensuring efficient deployment processes and documentation compliant with regulatory requirements
- Cooperate with operations teams to minimize negative impact of deployments on client services and maximize benefits from new service availability
