Remote Staff Full-Stack Engineer

WinIQ Inc. is building an AI-powered field sales platform that includes route optimization, territory management, CRM synchronization, and a mobile app used daily by sales representatives. The platform aims to deliver intelligent visit prioritization, natural-language CRM queries, automated call summaries, and predictive territory insights.

• 5+ years shipping production software across web and mobile.
• Strong skills in TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Experience with React Native or willingness to learn quickly with AI assistance.
• Solid understanding of relational databases including schema design and migrations; PostGIS is a bonus.
• Comfortable owning backend APIs end-to-end.
• Practical knowledge of cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP; AWS/Azure experience is transferable.
• Active daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Aider).
• Ability to review and correct AI-generated code.
• Experience prompting AI effectively.
• Ability to context-switch across mobile, web, and backend.
• Comfortable working as an early engineer with high ownership.

Nice to have:

• Salesforce integration experience including REST API, SOQL, CDC, OAuth flows, and custom objects.
• Knowledge of geospatial systems such as territory polygons, geocoding, PostGIS, and mapping libraries.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS including RLS patterns, tenant isolation, and data migration strategies.
• Understanding of field sales and CRM workflows including route optimization and lead prioritization.

Engineering:

• Ship production software across web and mobile.
• Build real systems using TypeScript, React, and Python.
• Own backend APIs end-to-end including authentication, data modeling, integrations, and background jobs.
• Work with cloud infrastructure, preferably GCP, but AWS/Azure experience is transferable.

AI-Augmented Development:

• Use AI coding tools daily for multi-file edits, code generation from specs, test scaffolding, and debugging.
• Review and correct AI-generated code to catch subtle bugs, missing edge cases, and architectural drift.
• Prompt AI agents effectively to scope tasks, provide context, and iterate for production-quality output.

Working Style:

• Default to the smallest correct change without over-engineering.
• Context-switch across mobile, web, and backend within the same day.
• Act as an early engineer with high ownership, low ceremony, and direct access to the founder.

Logistics:

• Report directly to the founder.
• Influence architecture, tooling, and product direction.
• Use provided best-needed hardware.
• Work flexible hours fully asynchronously, focusing on output rather than hours logged.
