Wymagania
- Higher education in economics (finance, accounting), IT, or related fields
- Minimum one year experience working with ERP systems (knowledge of Comarch ERP XL, Comarch ERP Optima, or similar systems is a plus)
- Ability to think analytically and translate legal regulations into system logic
- Ability to multitask, especially during legislative changes
- Knowledge of accounting issues (UoR, VAT, CIT) or HR and payroll (Labor Code, ZUS settlements, taxes)
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL syntax sufficient for report creation and data analysis
- Understanding of business processes in medium and large enterprises
- Communication skills, patience in knowledge transfer, and openness to continuous qualification improvement
- Driving license category B with readiness for business travel
Obowiązki
- Perform service and configuration tasks in accounting and HR-payroll modules of Comarch ERP XL system
- Visit clients to analyze needs, modify, and reconfigure the system according to changing legal regulations and internal client processes
- Present new functionalities such as KSeF, declaration changes, and new payroll calculation mechanisms
- Conduct training for end users (accountants, HR specialists) on system usage
- Coordinate development work (CR) from client needs analysis through solution design, testing, and implementation
- Provide substantive support to assigned client groups, including updates on changes in JPK structures and support during month/year-end closings
