• Technical education, preferably in mechanics and machine construction, automation and robotics, production engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, physics, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of simulation software
• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales
• Very good command of English
• Experience in a similar position and ability to create sales campaigns is an advantage
• Communication skills, self-confidence, and high personal culture
• Creativity, self-organization, and strong motivation to achieve set goals
• Willingness to travel for business purposes
• Driving license category B

• Actively searching for new sales potential and building a sales funnel
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing software users
• Analyzing current clients' situations regarding their needs
• Achieving sales targets
• Conducting price negotiations and finalizing orders
• Performing sales activities through client meetings, phone calls, online meetings, webinars, presentations, etc.
• Maintaining the company's image via social media, trade fairs, and industry events
• Planning and coordinating activities and reporting sales results
• Collaborating with the technical department
