• Solid experience building web-based backend systems using .NET / .NET Core
• Proven command of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
• Understanding of system behavior in production including performance, reliability, and scalability
• Solution-oriented thinking
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly in English

• Build and evolve backend services powering high-traffic gaming platforms
• Build clean, scalable APIs and system components
• Write code that maintains performance under pressure
• Collaborate with product, QA, and external partners to deliver features
• Review code, challenge ideas, and improve team standards
• Debug complex issues and fix root causes
• Take ownership from idea to production
