SCRUM Master

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Higher education
• Very good English language skills (minimum B2) enabling comfortable work in an international environment
• Independence, accuracy, and high quality of work
• Very good communication skills and highly developed interpersonal competencies
• Ability to effectively collaborate in teams, including international teams
• Analytical approach to problems, solution orientation, effective prioritization, and time management

• Supporting teams in effective application of Scrum methodology and Agile principles
• Facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
• Removing impediments affecting team work
• Building an environment based on trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Supporting the Product Owner in backlog management and sprint planning
• Monitoring team progress and ensuring work transparency
• Implementing improvements to increase team efficiency and work quality
