Wymagania
- Strong experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max, with ability to deliver production-ready assets
- Experience working with real-time constraints, especially polygon optimization and performance considerations for games
- Solid understanding of stylized art direction and ability to translate 2D concepts into appealing 3D assets
- End-to-end ownership mindset, delivering clean, final assets without relying on others to fix issues
- Strong collaboration skills and low ego, enjoying working closely with others and receiving feedback
- Creative eye for detail to elevate assets through textures, proportions, and artistic decisions
Plus:
- Experience in mobile games or casual/stylized games
- Familiarity with working under strict production timelines and asset pipelines
Obowiązki
- Create high-quality 3D assets from concept to final delivery, ensuring they meet visual standards and technical constraints such as polycount and optimization
- Own assets end-to-end, from interpreting 2D concepts to modeling, texturing, and final polish without requiring downstream fixes
- Optimize models for in-game performance balancing aesthetics and polygon budgets
- Collaborate closely with art and tech teams, iterating based on feedback from Art Direction and ensuring seamless integration into the game
- Contribute creatively to asset quality by enhancing textures, details, and overall look beyond the base concept when relevant
- Maintain production pace and reliability by delivering assets consistently within a fast-paced production cycle
