Senior Software Engineer (Java)

• A technical degree and a solid foundation in software engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Java developer with knowledge of Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST API.
• Experience with containerization, CI/CD, and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Good knowledge of Java, Maven, Linux/Unix, and engineering best practices (Clean Code, SOLID).
• Ability to prepare unit tests and work with microservices-based architectures.
• Fluent English skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Interest in developing skills in AI assisted development.

• Design, develop and deploy backend solutions in Java and Spring Boot focusing on scalability and maintainability.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and help shape engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture design and code reviews applying Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, and DDD principles.
• Collaborate daily with product, architecture, and technical teams to deliver business value.
• Support less experienced developers and actively share knowledge within the team.
• Integrate applications with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Use AI assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to facilitate analysis, automation, or delivery.
