Site Reliability Engineer

• 5-10 years of professional experience in software development.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and take full ownership of SRE responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address risks in complex production environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing platform requirements.
• Focused on delivering measurable improvements in system reliability, performance, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Experience working with Linux and understanding its core concepts.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience in DevOps.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and CI/CD tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Jenkins, or GitLab CI, especially in automation and release management environments.

• Design, build, test, and deploy automation tools and solutions to improve the reliability, performance, and efficiency of electronic trading systems, focusing on reducing manual work.
• Support the release and deployment process to ensure smooth and stable application rollouts.
• Collaborate with software developers and infrastructure teams to resolve issues, contribute to system design discussions, and support platform management and capacity planning.
• Prepare and maintain clear technical documentation for automation tools and operational processes, providing regular updates to engineering leads and trading stakeholders.
