IT Systems Specialist (2nd Level Support) – Workplace & Device Services

• Very good administration of Windows print servers and enterprise solutions (Papercut, YSoft, uniFLOW etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, GPO, and IT security principles
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, SMB, SNMP, EAS) in corporate environments
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and system performance diagnostics
• Experience with migrations and modern print solutions (follow-me printing, Universal Print) and Teams Rooms
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Languages: fluent Polish and English (minimum B2); additional languages are an advantage
• Higher education in IT/computer science or equivalent experience
• Experience with conference systems (configuration, maintenance, incident resolution)
• Experience in multi-branch or international organizations is an advantage

• Maintain and develop print services: print servers/queues/drivers, lifecycle of MFP/printers, uniFLOW (FR), integration with Entra ID/AD/network and security policies
• Administration and operational support of digital signage: device configuration, content deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting; coordination with stakeholders
• Manage Apple processes: DEP, Apple Business Manager, and MDM environment; proper device assignment and compliance
• Administer Intune: policies and device compliance, enrollment/provisioning, application and update distribution, support security requirements and conditional access
• Handle L2/L3 incidents and requests in the above areas; diagnose HW/SW/network issues in distributed locations; collaborate with local IT and vendors
• Implement security best practices (secure printing/follow-me/authentication/retention), ensure compliance with corporate standards and GDPR, maintain up-to-date documentation
• Analyze print usage and recommend improvements/cost optimizations; conduct implementations (new solutions, MFP replacement, upgrades); evaluate technologies (e.g., Microsoft Universal Print) and support sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with suppliers (MPS/managed services/vendors), review quality and contract fulfillment; coordinate inventory, consumables, and equipment lifecycle planning
