IT Project and Requirements Engineer

Our client is a large electronic components manufacturer specializing in data transmission.

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Design, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, including IT/software development projects
• Strong knowledge of software development processes, project management methods, system analysis, and QA best practices
• Experience managing applications, systems, and software implementation projects
• Hands-on experience with automated software management tools
• Skilled in handling uncertainty, solving challenges, and supporting stakeholder decision-making
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills
• Able to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly way
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Willing and flexible to travel

• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams
• Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into functional and non-functional ICT requirements
• Define system scope, processes, data flows, and user interfaces
• Resolve conflicting stakeholder requirements and present solution options
• Create and maintain requirement specifications and change requests
• Support system design, implementation, and feasibility analysis
• Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan, execute, and evaluate testing activities with users and stakeholders
• Validate delivered solutions and assess residual risks
