Delivery Manager (IT)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or as a Delivery Manager/Project Manager
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Agile) and traditional approaches (Waterfall)
• Experience working with external partners and technology suppliers
• Ability to manage budget, schedule, and project risk
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Experience working in an international environment
• English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level (work with foreign partners)

Nice to have:

• PCI DSS knowledge
• PMP, Prince2 certifications
• SAFe, LeSS frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD
• Knowledge of high availability systems

• Manage end-to-end IT project delivery in payment systems and acquiring
• Coordinate work of development and testing teams and collaborate with Delivery Managers and Product Owners
• Oversee project schedule, budget, scope, and quality of delivered solutions
• Manage project risks and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with external and international partners (vendors, integrators, technology providers)
• Ensure transparent project communication to stakeholders (business, IT, management)
• Implement and improve delivery standards and best practices (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall depending on the project)
• Monitor and report project progress (KPI, SLA, milestones)
• Support teams in removing obstacles and optimizing software delivery processes
