Solution Engineer (AI & Big Data)

• Undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proven experience in technical roles involving AI/ML products, data platforms, consulting, solution engineering, or cloud architecture.
• Foundational understanding of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with experience deploying cloud-based AI solutions or modern data platform architectures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to work across multiple clients and projects.
• Strong foundational understanding of AI/ML workflows from data preprocessing to deployment.
• Familiarity with LLM-based applications, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Working knowledge of MLOps and orchestration tools such as MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, or SageMaker.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Understanding of modern data architectures and data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT pipelines, big data processing, and cloud data services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Databricks.
• Strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Excellent English language skills (at least C1 level).
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

• Exposure to or interest in sales processes, technical demos, and customer-facing engagements.

• Serve as a technical advisor during pre-sales and early engagement stages, helping clients understand AI/LLMs and modern data platforms aligned with business goals.
• Lead or support technical discovery sessions to clarify business problems, identify solution patterns, and assess feasibility for AI/ML and data platform initiatives.
• Design and communicate solution architectures including LLM integrations, AI/ML designs, retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, orchestration pipelines, data flows, and modern cloud data architectures.
• Create and deliver technical PoCs, PoVs, demo narratives, and early prototypes supporting proposals and delivery.
• Contribute to internal R&D by evaluating emerging AI tools, libraries, frameworks, and modern data technologies, translating insights into recommendations.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from pre-sales through technical scoping to delivery and implementation.
