The role supports delivery and configuration of solutions within the Customer Excellence platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CRM) to ensure integration and alignment with business requirements.


Wymagania

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CRM) development and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of D365 standard functionalities and best practices.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Ability to work across multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments.
  • Experience in enterprise digital solutions and service workflows.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in vendor-led or hybrid delivery models.
  • Familiarity with Customer Service or Technical Service domains.
  • Ability to scale delivery based on changing priorities and scope.
  • Experience in global and multi-market environments.
  • Strong focus on quality, maintainability, and long-term solution sustainability.

Obowiązki

  • Deliver development and configuration support within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders across workstreams.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices.
  • Support both implementation and advisory activities in a hybrid delivery model.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of CRM processes and capabilities.
  • Assist in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Provide support across multiple prioritized capability areas.

Inne informacje

Work model: Hybrid - 3-4 days per week from the Poznan or Warsaw office. Assignment type: B2B contract. Project language: English. Start date: No later than June 1, 2026. Project length: 10-12 months with possible extensions. Workload: Full time.
