AI-Driven Project Manager

Spyrosoft is undergoing an AI transformation and seeks an AI-Driven Project Manager to lead software projects for global clients, actively shaping and implementing AI-powered solutions across delivery, pre-sales, and internal processes.

• Proven experience in software delivery and project management (Agile)
• Strong stakeholder management and ownership of delivery (scope, budget, timeline)
• Hands-on experience with AI tools beyond basic prompting
• Experience building automations or AI workflows (e.g., internal tools, pipelines)
• Solid technical understanding of software development
• Fluency in English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with multi-agent systems or AI orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen)
• Experience in pre-sales or consulting
• Experience working with global or UK clients

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software development projects (Agile)
• Manage stakeholders, scope, risks, and ensure high-quality delivery
• Design and implement AI-powered workflows (automation, estimation, communication)
• Build or co-create agent-based solutions and support AI orchestration
• Support pre-sales by creating AI-enhanced proposals and presentations
